All PACKAGE ORDERS placed, receive a mock up for the customer to approve of. 

This excludes sample orders, as these orders are completed exactly as stated in the offer's description. 

Mock ups are typically delivered within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed if there were no additional questions/approvals needed for the order. In rare cases 5. 

This time frame excludes weekends and holidays. So if your order is placed on Friday, then estimated date of receiving a mock up or follow up email is by Wednesday of the NEXT week. 

If it has passed 5 business days from the order placed, and you HAVE NOT received any emails from our representatives OR your mock up for approval email - Feel free to reach out to our support team for an update using the email below.
