REFUNDS/ RETURNS ON DTG SAMPLE ORDERS + DTG PACKAGE ORDERS 

REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR ANY DTG SAMPLE ORDER, OR DTG PACKAGE ORDER PLACED IF THE CUSTOMER DID NOT PROVIDE THE ADEQUATE AND RECOMMENDED FILE FOR PRINTING. 

WE PURPOSELY HAVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CHECK BOX WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE FILLED WHEN PLACING THESE ORDERS, CLAIMING YOU UNDERSTAND THE FILES RECOMMENDED AND YOU ARE PROVIDING A FILE IN WHICH YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN. THEREFORE ANY CONCERNS REGARDING THE PRINT QUALITY ON THESE ORDERS USING YOUR LOGO SUBMITTED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE OPTIONS. 

Image quality is VERY important for ANY order. For vectorization/ transparency options, feel free to contact our art department for quotes prior to placing your order at email: [email protected]
