REFUNDS ON EMBROIDERY ORDERS

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES TOWARDS ANY STANDARD EMBROIDERY ORDER PLACED IF THE CONCERN WITH THE ORDER HAS TO DO WITH ANY OF STANDARD PROCEDURES FOLLOWED FOR THESE ORDERS.

 (LISTED  BELOW AND/OR LISTED WITHIN THE FULL DISCLAIMER FAQ PAGE) 

THIS INCLUDES CONCERNS REGARDING; 

1. STITCH QUALITY-   If the logo submitted was not best suitable for embroidery, possessing small/skiiny text, small/skiiny details, color mixtures, or overlaps. WE ALWAYS ADVISE AGAINST THIS WITHIN PACKAGE/PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS FOR BEST TRANSPARENCY.

2. STITCH SIZE- If the size listed on the mock up approved was followed,  we are not liable for concerns regarding stitch size. we INCLUDE THESE MEASUREMENTS ON THE MOCK UPS FOR A REASON. 

IF you ever have a specific size measurement desired for the embroidery of your logo, please specify this in the additional notes section when placing your order. Once you receive your mock up for confirmation, be sure this detail is listed within your mock up and written order details. IF THIS IS NOT SPECIFIED, it will be completed using the measurements shown. Our production teams are completing your order following everything listed on your form. "So if its not there, BEWARE!"

3.THREAD COLOR. - If the thread color selected for the order was "same as the logo shows" or a unique color outside of primary colors, we will complete the stitch using the closest thread color match we have. we are not liable on the slight differences that may resemble. (CHOOSING PRIMARY COLOR OPTIONS IS PROVIDED AS A RECOMMENDATION RIGHT WHEN PLACING THE ORDER WHEN THE INFO ICON IS SELECTED) 

4. LASTLY, STITCH COUNT UPGRADE FEES- If the customer requests a refund due additional charges applied due to stitch count increases on provided logo. IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS A REFUND DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL STITCH COUNT FEE, THE CUSTOMER WILL RETAIN A $35.00 PROCESSING FEE FOR THE DIGITIZING ALREADY COMPLETED ON THE ORDER AND WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT TOWARDS THE REMAINING BALANCE PAID TOWARDS THE ORDER. 

This note is listed on any standard embroidery order placedwithin the package description and checked acknowledgements the customer completes when placing the order. - IF you have a question about your logo, you can ask us at anytime prior to placing the order for best references.
