IF EXCHANGE/REMAKE OR RETURN FOR CREDIT IS APPROVED

 IN THE RARE CASE A EXCHANGED IS APPROVED-

In accordance to our stated return/order concern policy/disclaimer. Meaning the concern that was approved for this rectification, was notified by the customer in email writing within 7 days of date the order was delivered. 

 YOUR ORDER MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EXCHANGE APPROVAL

CREDITS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED NOR ARE WE LIABLE TO RENDER IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED TO OUR FACILITY OUTSIDE OF THIS TIMEFRAME. IN WHICH CASE THE RETURN ORDER WILL BE RESHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER, IF IT IS RECEIVED OUT SIDE OF THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. 

IN ANY INSTANCE THAT THIS ACTION IS APPROVED THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIEVE AN EMAIL INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS/POLICIES ON THE PROCESS. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THIS EMAIL, NOTIFY OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THE EMAIL LISTED BELOW FOR THIS. 

Just like ANY business, there are return/exchange deadlines. Nonetheless, if you have a product for over a certain amount of time, it is Impossible for us to conduct an adequate investigation on the matter. We're always eager to resolve concerns, the process just has to be realistic on both ends.
