Embroidery fees are based on a “Per Stitch” count. After art is prepared, our team will run a stitch count to determine the cost of the embroidery. (aka digitizing) Once art is digitized, stitch count is determined. Stitch can estimate by, using these stitch count guidelines.

Before cost analysis of embroidery,  few factors are determined for embroidery costing. Factors are:

  • Cost of garment
  • Order size
  • Set up fees
  • Thread color changes
  • Stitch number
  • Embroidery type
  • Estimate time to complete one batch
  • Color of thread
  • Cutting of applique
  • Place and size of embroidery
  • Amount of embroidery placements
  • Resource involves in doing embroidery.
  • Any restriction on selection on embroidery machine
  • Any lab test requirement
  • Any restriction on use of embroidery thread

Example of Embroidery Cost:
Generally following 2 factors which affect the cost of the embroidery most is

  1. Stitch quantity of the design
  2. Rate of per unit.

Stitch quantity is leading factor in cost, as it will

1. Depict how long it will take to digitize

2. Determine how long it will take the machine to stitch

3. How much thread and materials will be required to complete the order

This is the leading reason why any of our offers listed include a stitch count max, and require an additional payment if the artwork provided for the order exceeds this amount.
