REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES- FULL DISCLAIMERUpdated 2 years ago

REFUND POLICY:

ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A E-GIFT CARD.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PROVIDED ON ANY CUSTOM OR STANDARD ORDERS  IF TIME AND LABOR HAVE ALREADY BEEN RENDERED. PLEASE BE SURE TO ADD ALL NECESSARY DETAILS BEFORE ORDERING. WE HAVE SPECIFIC PROCESSES/APPROVALS IN PLACE, ONCE ORDERS ARE SUBMITTED TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND ADEQUATE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CUSTOMERS FOR ALL ORDERS IN QUE. 

WE WILL RECIFY ANY DEFECTIVE GARMENTS IF THE CONCERN WITH THE ORDER RECEIVED QUALIFIES FOR RECTIFICATIONS CAUSED BY OUR MISTAKES. THESE QUALIFICATIONS ARE BASED OFF OUR CURRENT DETAILS ON PRODUCTION POLICIES LISTED. RECTIFICATIONS ARE PURLY DETERMINED BASED ON THE ISSUE/CONCERN WITH THE ORDER AND WHATS DEEMED FIT TO BE THE BEST SUITED SOLUTION BASED ON THE SERVICES RENDERED. 

WE ARE NOT AT FAULT FOR ANY DISCREPANCIES AND WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS PLACED WITHOUT PROPER AND SUFFICIENT DETAILS SUBMITTED PRIOR. ALL DETAILS WHICH ARE EXPECTED FOR THE ORDER, MUST BE LISTED ON THE ORDERS DETAIL FORM, PRIOR TO THE CUSTOMERS APPROVAL. AS THIS GRANTS PERMISSION FOR THE ORDERS FORWARDING STEPS AND COMPLETION. EXPECTATIONS ARE CLEARLY LISTED BELOW FOR BEST REFERENCE.


PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, AND ALREADY LAUNDERED 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN LAUNDERED. FABRICS SHOULD BE WASHED COLD, ON DELICATE AND HANG DRIED. ISSUES WITH AN ORDER MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ORDERS DELIVERY.


CUSTOM SAMPLE ORDER REFUNDS 

REFUNDS ON ANY SAMPLE ORDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. SAMPLES ARE DELIVERED EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED IN THEIR DESCRIPTIONS. ANY PRE MADE SAMPLES OFFERED, ARE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF TESTING QUALITY OF FABRICS AND THE STANDARD SIZE CHARTS USED FOR A POSSIBLE PACKAGE ORDER ASSOCIATED TO THE SAMPLE TYPE. 

THESE SAMPLES ARE PURLEY REFERENCES OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS TO VERIFY IF THEY HAVE THEY'RE OWN CHANGES IN MIND TOWARDS A FUTURE ORDER PLACED WITH THE PRODUCT TYPE OR SIMILAR PRODUCT. 



REFUNDS/ RETURNS ON DTG SAMPLE ORDERS + DTG PACKAGE ORDERS 

REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR ANY DTG SAMPLE ORDER, OR DTG PACKAGE ORDER PLACED IF THE CUSTOMER DID NOT PROVIDE THE ADEQUATE AND RECOMMENDED FILE FOR PRINTING. WE PURPOSELY HAVE AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CHECK BOX WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE FILLED WHEN PLACING THESE ORDERS, CLAIMING YOU UNDERSTAND THE FILES RECOMMENDED AND YOU ARE PROVIDING A FILE IN WHICH YOU ARE CONFIDENT IN. THEREFORE ANY CONCERNS REGARDING THE PRINT QUALITY ON THESE ORDERS USING YOUR LOGO SUBMITTED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE OPTIONS. 

YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT US IN ADVANCE FOR QUESTIONS ON WHETHER OR NOT THE FILE YOU HAVE WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR A QUALITY OUTCOME. 



REFUNDS ON STANDARD SCREEN PRINT ORDERS

IN ACCORDANCE TO THE STANDARD POLICIES ABOVE, REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ARE NOT PROVIDED NOR PERMITTED ON ANY SCREEN PRINT ORDERS INVOLVING CONCERNS WITH PRINT SIZE, PRINT COLOR, AND/OR PRINT QUALITY IF ALL OF THE SPECIFICATIONS LISTED ON THE ORDER FORM AND MOCK UP APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER WERE FOLLOWED FOR THE ORDER. 

FOR SPECIAL PRINT STYLES; WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU REVIEW OUR STANDARD PROCEDURES FOLLOWED, INCLUDING, THE RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED FOR SPECIAL STYLE PRINTS. SUCH AS; PUFF PRINT, REFLECTIVE PRINT AND GLITTER PRINT. IF FOR ANY REASON THE LOGO PROVIDED DOES NOT FIT WITHIN THE RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONCERNS REGARDING THE QUALITY OF THE PRINT COMPLETED. THESE SPECIFICATIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS ARE LISTED ON OUR FAQ AND MOST TIMES ALSO LISTED IN THE PACKAGE DESCRIPTION. 


REFUNDS ON EMBROIDERY ORDERS

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES TOWARDS ANY STANDARD EMBROIDERY ORDER PLACED IF THE CONCERN WITH THE ORDER HAS TO DO WITH ANY OF STANDARD PROCEDURES FOLLOWED FOR THESE ORDERS. (LISTED FURTHER BELOW ON FAQ) 

THIS INCLUDES CONCERNS REGARDING STITCH QUALITY.  IF THE LOGO SUBMITTED WAS NOT BEST SUITABLE FOR EMBROIDERY, POSSESSING SMALL/SKIINY TEXT, SMALL/SKIINY DETAILS, COLOR MIXTURES, OR OVERLAPS. 

THIS ALSO INCLUDES CONCERNS REGARDING STITCH SIZE. IF THE SIZE LISTED ON THE MOCK UP APPROVED WAS FOLLOWED,  WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CONCERNS REGARDING STITCH SIZE. WE INCLUDE THESE MEASUREMENTS ON THE MOCK UPS FOR A REASON. 

LASTLY,  IF THE CONCERN PROVIDED HAS TO DO WITH THREAD COLOR. IF THE THREAD COLOR SELECTED FOR THE ORDER WAS "SAME AS THE LOGO SHOWS" OR A UNQIE COLOR OUTSIDE OF PRIMARY COLORS, WE WILL COMPLETE THE STITCH USING THE CLOSEST THREAD COLOR MATCH WE HAVE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE ON THE SLIGHT DIFFERENCES THAT MAY RESEMBLE. (CHOOSING PRIMARY COLOR OPTIONS IS PROVIDED AS A RECOMMENDATION RIGHT WHEN PLACING THE ORDER WHEN THE INFO ICON IS SELECTED) 


REFUNDS ON EMBOSSED, 3D EMBROIDERY, 3D FLEX EMBOIRDERY, REFLECTIVE PRINTS ETC.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON ORDER PLACED OBTAINING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL TECHNIQUES ARE NOT PERMITTED. AS SPECIFIED WHEN PLACING THE ORDER, ALSO MENTIONED IN THE ORDER DESCRIPTION , THERE ARE SPECIFICS REQUIREMENTS FOR THESE EMBELLISHMENT STYLES. IF FOR ANY REASON THE LOGO PROVIDED IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE EMBELLISHMENT STYLE, ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE CUSTOMERS SELECTION AS NEEDED. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON THESE ORDERS, INCLUDING THE ORDERS NOT YET COMPLETED. IF FOR ANY REASON THE ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT DESIRED, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TOWARDS THE COST OF THE PACKAGE. 


IF EXCHANGE/REMAKE OR RETURN FOR CREDIT IS APPROVED

 IN THE RARE CASE A EXCHANGED IS APPROVED, YOUR ORDER MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE EXCHANGE APPROVAL. CREDITS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED NOR ARE WE LIABLE TO RENDER IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED TO OUR FACILITY OUTSIDE OF THIS TIMEFRAME. IN WHICH CASE THE RETURN ORDER WILL BE RESHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER, IF IT IS DELIVERED OUT SIDE OF THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. 


EARLY CANCELATIONS 

IF IN THE RARE OCCASION AN EARLY CANCELATION REQUEST IS GRANTED, 

ANY ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED AND/ OR PLACED ON THE PRODUCTION CALENDAR, REQUESTING AN EARLY CANCELLATION, WILL REQUIRE A PROCESSING FEE IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ORDERS STAGE.  PROCESSING FEES ON CUSTOM MANUFACTURED ORDERS AUTOMATICALLY START AT $250.00 AND CAN INCREASE BASED ON THE ORDERS CURRENT STAGE. AS THESE ORDERS ARE CUSTOM MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR CLIENTS. IF ORDERS ARE ALREADY COMPLETED AND PHOTO PROOF OF ITS COMPLETION HAS BEEN PROVIDED, THE ORDER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELATION. 

 IF AN EARLY CANCELLATION IS APPROVED,  AFTER PROCESSING FEES ARE DETERMINED, THE REMAINING BALANCE DEEMED, WILL BE ISSUED AS A CREDIT, NOT A REFUND.



WHEN REPRESENTATIVES ARE REACHING OUT TO CUSTOMERS REGARDING AN EXISTING ORDER AND/OR EXISTING ORDER CONCERN 

IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO RESPOND AFTER 3 CONSECUTIVE ATTEMPTS TO REACH THE CUSTOMER WHETHER IT BE IN REGARDS TO APPROVALS, QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ORDER, OR FURTHER INFORMATION NEEDED,  THE ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD. ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED ON HOLD YOU ARE PROVIDED AN EMAIL SPECIFYING THIS AND REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FURTHER ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT,  AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN MADE. 

MEANING ANY PRODUCTION, GRAPHIC WORK, OR FORWARDING STEPS WILL BE HALTED UNTIL THE CUSTOMER HAS CONTACTED US AND THE RESPONSE OR ACTION NEEDED IS PROVIDED.  WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYED DELIVERIES ON ORDERS DUE TO FAILURE OF RESPONSE AND THE ORDER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. THE ORDER WILL GO BACK INTO PRODUCTION WITH ADJUSTED ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES ONCE COMMUNICATION RECEIVED.
