CUSTOM SAMPLE ORDER REFUNDS 

TOWARDS ANY DTG FULL COLOR SAMPLES AND ANY ONE PIECE BLANK, OR EMBROIDERED SAMPLES

REFUNDS ON ANY SAMPLE ORDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. SAMPLES ARE DELIVERED EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED IN THEIR DESCRIPTIONS. IF YOU HAVE CHANGES IN MIND THAT YOU WOULD LIKE MADE, BASED ON THE SAMPLE RECEIVED,  FOR A POSSIBLE PACKAGE ORDER. PLEASE SUBMIT A QUOTE REQUEST AND INCLUDE YOUR PREVIOUS ORDER NUMBER, SPECIFYING THE CHANGES YOU HAVE IN MIND FOR POSSIBILITIES AND QUOTES.  


PRE- MADE SAMPLES REFUNDS: 

1. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS PERMITTED FOR ANY PRE-MADE CUSTOM SAMPLE PURCHASE, AS THEY ARE OFFERED EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. 

ANY PRE MADE SAMPLES OFFERED, ARE OFFERED AND SOLD FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF TESTING QUALITY OF FABRICS AND THE STANDARD SIZE CHARTS USED FOR A POSSIBLE PACKAGE ORDER ASSOCIATED TO THE SAMPLE TYPE. 

THESE SAMPLES ARE PURLEY REFERENCES OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS TO VERIFY IF THEY HAVE THEY'RE OWN CHANGES IN MIND TOWARDS A FUTURE ORDER PLACED WITH THE PRODUCT TYPE OR SIMILAR PRODUCT.  IF YOU HAVE CHANGES IN MIND THAT YOU WOULD LIKE MADE, BASED ON THE SAMPLE RECEIVED,  FOR A POSSIBLE PACKAGE ORDER. PLEASE SUBMIT A QUOTE REQUEST AND INCLUDE YOUR PREVIOUS ORDER NUMBER, SPECIFYING THE CHANGES YOU HAVE IN MIND FOR POSSIBILITIES AND QUOTES.
