10K STITCH COUNT MAX 

For all traditional embroidery offers 

*aka any offers listed under "embroidery packages" & the under "personalized samples" section on the website

THESE PACKAGES ARE PRICED BASED OFF AN 8-10K STITCH COUNT MAX.(AS STATED IN EACH OF THEIR DESCRIPTIONS) 

ANY & EVERY existing Embroidery company, prices their services based on stitch counts. If your logo takes over 30 mins for a the machine to finish it, then yes... it will cost more than a logo that takes 5 minutes.  

IF THE ORDER CONSISTS OF A LARGER STITCH COUNT, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

This note is listed on literally EVERY SINGLE package description of our standard embroidery orders. Please read these descriptions ... so that you're not "Surprised" . 

 IF THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS A REFUND DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL STITCH COUNT FEE, THE CUSTOMER WILL RETAIN A $35.00 PROCESSING FEE FOR THE DIGITIZING ALREADY COMPLETED ON THE ORDER AND WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT TOWARDS THE REMAINING BALANCE PAID TOWARDS THE ORDER. 

We are NOT liable for any issues concerning the following listed above, AND do not issue refunds towards concerns regarding stitch count fees.  

ALL orders are completed using the our standard procedures UNLESS special requests have been provided by the customer, approved by production management AND listed on their approved order form details  and mock ups.
