LEAD TIMES/ TURNAROUND TIMES FOR CUSTOM MANUFACTURED ORDERS

Custom Manufactured Orders (Cut and sew):
LEAD TIMES BEGIN AFTER PRE-PRODUCTION APPROVALS ARE MADE BY THE CUSTOMER- INCLUDING ORDER DETAILS CONFIRMATION AND MOCK UP APPROVAL.
TYPICAL LEAD TIMES ARE 6-10 WEEKS. LEAD TIMES WILL VARY BASED ON THE ORDERS COMPLEXITY- INCLUDING; Additional logo placements, combinations of embellishment styles, certain fabric color patterns, certain fabric specifications, NEW pattern creations, SPECIFIC size chart measurements, and any other specific request made by the customer that may extend production processes and effect average production times that differ from the standard package.
Custom manufactured orders with early cancellation that have already been processed and placed on the production calendar will require a $250 processing fee as these orders are custom made specifically for clients
Tips: Cut and sewn from scratch orders should be purchased based on the season that is UPCOMING rather than the season in EFFECT for the best results. Keep in mind, cut and sewn from scratch orders are a lot more extensive.
Meaning it would be in your best interest that manufactures take their time with your order to ensure there are NO errors once received. If by chance there is any discrepancies, there is still have time for this issue to be resolved before the items are dropped. This is your business, keep this in mind when planning your products and release times.

UPS / DELIVER CARRIER DELAYS
WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELAYS WITH DELIVERY CARRIERS AS THEY ARE SEPARATE ENTITY WITH THEIR OWN POLICIES AND CONCERNS. IF THERE IS A DELAY WITH YOUR ORDER DUE TO DELIVERY CARRIERS, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO LET YOU KNOW THIS IS THE CASE, IN ACCORDANCE TO THE TIME WHICH WE ARE NOTIFIED.
