Brand UR Name is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delivered to wrong address, or damaged shipments by shipping carriers.
The shipping address provided by the customer at time of purchase will be the address the order will be shipped to unless it has been changed AND confirmed to have been changed PRIOR to the orders shipping. We are not responsible if the address listed by the customer is incorrect.
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged delivery instances. We highly recommend you select a shipping option which includes the highest form of delivery assurance and take the best appropriate actions within your control to ensure your package delivery. (Signature approvals, insurance, providing an address you feel confident in receiving packages to, also tracking your order thoroughly once tracking information is sent) Trust me, we want you to receive your order as much as you do.

IF YOU DESIRE TO GET YOUR ORDER SHIPPED, INCLUDING FULL COST COVERAGE - EITHER SELECT THIS OPTION DURING CHECK OUT OR REQUEST THIS IN THE ADDITIONAL NOTES SECTION WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, AND PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ON WHETHER OR NOT THER ARE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THIS OPTION AS PRICES DO VARY BASED ON WEIGHT OF ORDER.
ALL CUSTOM PACKAGES- are also shipped from our facility using the added precautionary requirement of a signature approval from the customer upon delivery of the order. These orders are also FULLY INSURED TOWARDS THE INITIAL COST OF THE PACKAGE PURCHASED. This DOES NOT include upgrade costs that may have been added to the order or th cost of the order shipping.
We are NOT liable for any shipping/ delivery errors caused by delivery carriers. Nor are we liable for the compensation of the order if the FREE insurance coverage we include with the orders delivery is over the cost of the insurance coverage added.
ALL packages shipped from our facility are inspected, and counted on 3 separate occasions prior to shipping. We do the very best at ensuring each order is fulfilled as stated from customer. If claims provided by the customer do not match the inspection notes in our system, per policy, we are not responsible for the casualties. We recommend that you file a claim with delivery carriers on items that may be missing from the order received to be compensated on the pieces if the box/bag received was damaged, or showed discrepancies upon delivery.
