-DTG PRINT SIZE LIMITATIONS- 

PALLET SIZE: Our DTG machine has a standard size pallet, that can print no larger than 11" inches wide/ 11 inches high. NOW KEEP IN MIND, this measurement CAN change depending on your logos metrics. The standard print size used for DTG orders for center chest is between 6-8 inches wide. For left/right chest its from 3.5-5 inches wide. 

PRINT SIZE / PLACEMENT LIMITATIONS-  We are only going to except requests for MAX print size if the metrics of the logo is capable. ALSO if the placement correlates. DTG computer printers DO NOT print over seems, so no print can be too close to the bottom hems of the garments, cuffs, collars etc.  

If you have a logo that's, Lets say, a Tall tree and you want it on the center chest 11inches high and wide. We are not going to make a tree 14 inches wide. That is going to distort your logos appearance if it's stretched that wide. So we are always going to print your logo using the best logical print size that is in accordance to your logos metrics. THIS Changes also in accordance to the print location. 

FOR MAX PRINT OPTIONS - With that being said, we only accept specific requests regarding DTG print sizes IF THE PRODUCTION MANAGER CONFIRMS ITS POSSIBLE & 2 ONCE A PAYMENT IS MADE TOWARDS THE COST OF THE MAX PRINT OPTION. Even after all is confirmed, you must make sure this detail is documented and PRESENT within your orders written details AND MOCK UP.
