FOR ANY/ALL CUSTOM MANUFACTURED ORDERS, We follow a standard USA Unisex size chart unless specific requests are made or the package is listed for a size chart other than USA unisex (For example: female specific, youth specific, or toddler specific) 

You can typically find the size measurements followed for these orders within the package photos. if for any reason these photos are not listed, you can email us for the forwarding of these measurements. 

ANY specific size adjustments / requests WILL require an accurate size chart measurement provided by the customer - and will need to be approved by management. Special size adjustments may result in longer turnaround times and/or larger order minimums. (As these requests require new patterns to be made) 

FOR ANY STANDARD ORDERS, All packages listed on our website are offered using the specified brand in UNISEX sizing. If an alternative size is requested when the order is placed, and for any reason this request is not in stock, we are not liable to issue refunds. As the package is listed using its specified size. We will either proceed with the order using the standard sizing listed for the package or provide the option for a credit. 

ANY sizes below Small OR above XL - are at a higher risk of out of stock possibilities. WE highly recommend sticking with averages sizes within the range of SMALL- XL OR contacting us prior to placing the order to confirm these sizes are in stock for the product in mind, to avoid possibilities of substitutions.

We are not liable for any concerns regarding any of the above, if the recommended steps were not followed by the customer. We are also not liable for the possible delay of the of the order (exceeding over the specified time frame) if the order required a new pattern to be created.
