Things to know regarding Fabric colors, pattern styles etc.Updated 2 years ago

- SPECIFICS REGARDING FABRICS / FABRIC COLORS/  PRODUCT STYLE/ SPECIFIC PATTERNS ON GARMENTS - 

All packages include the fabric and garments specifications listed WITHIN the package description and or color offers shown. 

FOR CUT & SEW PROJECTS:

ANY special fabric requests/ pattern cuts/ Additional or specific detail NOT WITHIN the offer OR options listed, MUST be approved by management and Cleary documented within the orders written details AND/OR mock up. These additional/ specific requests may result in additional charges and/or higher order minimums based on the fabric request or any other request, as unique patterns or colors would determine whether additional processes or actions need to be taken by our teams and departments. 

WE ARE NOT LIABLE IF THE REQUEST MADE IS NOT APPROVED BY MANAGMENT AND DOCUMENTED WITHIN THE CUSTOMERS WRITTEN DETAILS, ON ORDER FORM. AND/OR INCLUDED WITHIN THE MOCK UP. We are not liable if the request from the customer IS NOT COMPLETED DUE TO IT NOT BEING SPECIFIED on the ORDER form.  THIS IS STILL THE CASE EVEN if the customer specifies this request was communicated with an agent over the phone, in a previous email, etc. 

We cannot control every conversation had, which is why we have 2 separate approvals sent to the customer to minimize confusion and emphasizes transparency. If the detail IS NOT on the form/ mock up, It will not be on the order. Production staff ONLY look at your details / mock up. 

- GARMENT/ FABRIC COLORS- 

Unique and more specific fabric color requests will need to have a HEM color code provided by customer and may require a larger order quantity IF the fabric color is approved by management - If this is NOT provided we will complete the garments using the closest match to the color specified. We highly recommend sticking to PRIMARY colors for most accurate outcomes.  IF THIS REQUEST IS MADE IT MUST be approved by management and Cleary documented within the orders written details AND/OR mock up. 

**FOR TRADITIONAL PROJECTS:

As stated in most of the (i) info/ help icons on our website, we always recommend sticking to PRIMARY color options for best assurance as far as stock availability. 

Please advise, the product options listed within each of these packages are provided through the KNOWN brand and/or distributor supplying. This is why we state a clear disclaimer in MOCK up proofs, identifying that shades, or tones may appear different in supplier photo versus physical product. We do not have control over slight changes in pigments or tones. We recommend sticking to PRIMARY colors for best overall expectation matching, as unique colors will have a higher tendency to show slight differences. To be SURE of exact Pantones we recommend requesting a Blank sample of item for best assurance.
