Lead times/ Delivery times on standard orders (NOT custom manufactured orders)
Standard Orders:
Our turnaround time for standard orders are 10-14 business days based on our current workflow in rare cases 16 business days.
(CUT AND SEW ORDERS ARE NOT CONSIDERED STANDARD ORDERS AND THEREFORE THESE ORDERS HAVE THEIR OWN SPECIFIC TURN AROUND TIMES, AS SEEN BELOW)
The turnaround time for standard orders placed begins the day we receive approval on BrandURname supplied artwork proofs and final garment quantities. Shipping is not included in our standard turnaround time; all standard shipments go out UPS Ground or USPS postal, please plan accordingly or make other arrangements.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE POSSIBLE DELAY ON ORDERS THAT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL REQUESTS. (Such as; additional print locations, added inside tags, fold and bag, embellishment combinations, or any other added detail that was not listed as an original offer within the package)
NOR DO WE ISSUE REIMBURSEMENTS TOWARDS THE DELAYS THESE ORDERS MAY HAVE IF THEY CONTAIN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONS/ SPECIFICATIONS PROVIDED- ALTHOUGH WE WILL DO OUR BEST IN GETTING ALL ORDERS COMPLETED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME. WE ARE ALSO NOT LIABLE NOR DO WE ISSUE REIMBURSEMENTS TOWARDS THE DELAYS OF THESE ORDERS IF THE ISSUE IS REGARDING DELIVERY CARRIER DELAYS.
UPS / DELIVER CARRIER DELAYS
WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELAYS WITH DELIVERY CARRIERS AS THEY ARE SEPARATE ENTITY WITH THEIR OWN POLICIES AND CONCERNS. IF THERE IS A DELAY WITH YOUR ORDER DUE TO DELIVERY CARRIERS, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO LET YOU KNOW THIS IS THE CASE, IN ACCORDANCE TO THE TIME WHICH WE ARE NOTIFIED.
