What's A Mock up? (Mock up questions)Updated 2 years ago

- MOCK UPS- 

All PACKAGE ORDERS placed, receive a mock up for the customer to approve of. This excludes sample orders, as these orders are completed exactly as stated in the offer's description. 

Mock ups are typically delivered within 1-4 business days after the order has been placed. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays. Depending on complexity and/or changes or revisions needed - this timeline may exceed.  

Mock ups provided to the customer include the overall details of the project. Actual garments received will be completed in accordance to their details.

MOCK UP DISCLAIMERS:

Graphic Sizes may appear larger or smaller in mock proofs provided, as this is a digital image that does not portray exact measurements seen such on physical products. Actual measurements used during production are listed above the mock up image for best reference.

Colors & Pantones may slightly differ from ones shown in graphics provided. We recommend sticking with primary thread and print colors, as we will use closest matching colors available at our facilities for actual production/completion. For exact Pantone matching, please request a personal quote

FOR MOCK REVISIONS

Mock proofs are only allowed 1 free revision per project. (that are outside of the original details submitted during order placement, including any additions to the order) 

IF the revisions requested EXCEED the standard 1 FREE revision, the customer is liable and expected to pay a fee towards requested changes. Exact pricing is determined based on the request. 

If it has passed 5 business days from the order placed, and you HAVE NOT received any emails from our representatives OR your mock up for approval email - Feel free to reach out to our support team for an update using the email below. Be sure to include the full name associated to the order, and the order number.

We are not responsible or liable for issues involving misinterpretations or assumptions on any of the following stated above and do not provide refunds due to not wishing to pay the additional charges necessary based on the requests made that do not coincide with the original offer purchased. Under the circumstance that you do not wish to proceed with an order due to an outstanding balance owed towards a change, upgrade, or additional request made after graphic work of any kind has been rendered, the customer will be charged a processing towards services already rendered & will be issued a store credit towards the remaining cost paid towards the order.
